In Book Review: Why Religious Freedom Matters For Democracy: Comparative Reflections From Britain and France for a Democratic ‘Vivre Ensemble’ by Myriam Hunter-Henin, published in Volume VI Issue I of the Comparative Constitutional Law and Administrative Law Journal, Aditya Rawat, critically analyses Hunter-Henin’s “Democratic Model” aimed at alleviating tensions between religion and State. The author provides for a unique take on the book, by applying the Democratic Model to the Indian constitutional law discourse.
