First Intra-University Essay Writing Competition, 2018
Dear All,
The Centre for Comparative Constitutional Law and Administrative Law is pleased to announce the 1st Intra-University Essay Writing Competition, 2018 ("Competition").
The entries for the Competition can be on any of the following topics:
1. Customer Data Handling by Large Tech Companies and its Implications on Right to Privacy; or
2. Constitutionality of One Nation, One Election Proposal; or
3. The Constitutional Validity of Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code.
The last date of registration is 3rd September, 2018. The last date of submission of entries is 24th September 2018.
The best three entries inter alia will be given internship opportunity with advocates including Ms Indira Jaising (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India) and Mr Abhinav Chandrachud (Advocate, Bombay High Court).
